1. Chinese New Year is officially scheduled for 31st Jan. However the vacation will begin at least 7 days earlier to allow the stuff to go home for reunion.

春节法定时间是1月31号，但是假期会至少提前7天开始，以便让员工回家团圆。

I know it’s a busy time of year now, but we will have to inform you please confirm the order as soon as possible. So we can ship it before our holiday.

我知道现在是你一年中繁忙的时候，但是我们不得不通知你尽早安排订单，这样我们才能在假期前出货。

注解：春节简称CNY. 春节假期可用CNY holiday.

2. To produce the products you ordered, we must purchase the raw materials in advance. Otherwise it will affect the delivery time before CNY holiday.

为了生产你的订单，我们工厂必须提前采购原材料。不然在节前很难赶出货。

However, the raw material supplier will start with their holiday right away. To avoid delivery delays, we wait for your order confirmation. Thank you.

但是，我们的供应商马上就要放假。避免进一步延迟，我们等你的订单确认，谢谢。

3. As CNY holiday is approaching, freight fluctuates heavily during this period. To avoid overpriced logistics, please place orders as soon as possible.

因为春节快要到了，在此期间运费将产生波动。建议尽快下单，避免过高的运费。

4. If you have any purchasing plans, please schedule asap.

We can arrange in advance in order to deliver promptly after CNY holiday. 

We will help keep your supply chain on track while minimizing any negative impacts.

如果你手头有什么采购计划，请提前计划，我们可以早些安排，年后才能尽快出货。我们会尽全力为您减少任何负面影响，保证你的供应链正常有序。

5. Kindly help check your stock and order if necessary. As CNY holiday will begin from 31st Jan and last for nearly one month.

请查看库存，如果需要，可尽快下单。春节从1月31日开始，会长达近一个月。

6. It’s really hard to get the truck and shipping space when CNY holiday is approaching. Your prompt confirmation will be highly appreciated.

春节马上就要来了，拖车和舱位都很紧张。希望能尽快确认订单，谢谢。

注解：拖车或者舱位难求还可以说We are facing a massive truck / shipping space shortage.
